| Litigation Experience |

Mr. Nealey has participated in numerous
complex, class action and personal injury trials, including class
action trials against State Farm and Allstate, a major securities
fraud trial, and most recently he was the co-lead trial attorney
in a trial against DaimlerChrysler for the death of a dockworker
killed by a park-to-reverse defect in a Dodge Dakota which resulted
in a $55.2 million award, including $50 in punitive damages. In addition
to the recent judgment in Mraz v. DaimlerChrysler, Mr. Nealey
has also participated in major trials resulting in verdicts of $1.18
billion and $169 million. Mr. Nealey also has an active appellate
practice, having authored over 30 appellate and Amicus briefs,
and has successfully argued cases in appellate courts nationwide.
He has an active practice involving consumer protection class actions,
product defect cases on both an individual injury and class action
basis, defective drug personal injury litigation, and other complex
litigation. |
